He is Dedicated – When Bill first started working for the client, he was asked to not only cover his current role’s responsibilities but also make trips to Detroit in order to lead project meetings and planning efforts for the client. In addition, Bill was an attendee at a Provalus presentation that was held in Detroit on behalf of our client. Bill is such an advocate of Provalus and Optomi. He has made his full recommendation to push for a future Provalus agreement with the client!

He is Innovative – Bill is constantly looking for ways to improve the client’s portfolio, product, and strategic roadmap. He has been managing people for over 15 years and has been recognized for huge business transformations when he is in the seat!

He is Genuine – You will not find a more genuine and candid person than Bill. He is someone that is always providing more service than he is compensated for. He continues to keep Optomi updated with the client’s direction and how we can provide the best talent for his team. He has always been transparent about his positive and negative perspectives on Optomi and the client.

He is Connected – Within the past year, Bill has referred over 10 people to Optomi! We are beyond grateful for this! And he keeps the referrals coming!

He is Unique – Bill is the type of guy who, a month in at the client, has no fear of going to one of their CIOs and trying to get a software approved and implemented. It takes unique people like him to get the job done. A true mover and shaker.

He is Passionate – Bill is extremely passionate. Whether his passion comes through his career or his personal life.  No matter the size of the task, Bill is ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.

He Gives Back – Having lived in the Charlotte community for a number of years, Bill has led 2 house remodeling efforts through Habitat for Humanity and Samaritans Purse Christmas Shoe Box project. In addition, Bill will be volunteering on the client’s behalf at the USO that cares for military folks and their families here in Charlotte!
