Happy Opt2give Day from the Optomi Chicago team! They kicked off their volunteering with Junior Achievement of Chicago to work with elementary-aged children to inspire and prepare them for success in a global economy. They lead sessions that promote financial capability, work and career readiness, and business ownership.

Our Chicago team had a blast participating in the first annual TGB Day Rise ‘n’ Shine Walk! Optomi team members, along with several other participants, walked along the Geneva River Walk in honor of Todd Black, co-founder of Optomi and whom The Together Giving Back Foundation was created in memoriam.

Optomi Chicago Gives Back to Cal’s Angels on the 9th Annual Opt2give Day


On Friday, November 5th, Optomi celebrated its 9th annual Op2tgive Day, the Founder’s Day of Optomi.

After packing 100 entertainment bags for hospitalized children at Advocate Children’s Hospital, funded by the TGB Foundation, the team volunteered at Cal’s Angels, a pediatric cancer foundation with a mission of granting wishes, raising awareness, and funding research to help kids fighting cancer.

The Chicago team spent the afternoon wrapping amazing gifts for hospitalized children to open this holiday season. This is the second time Optomi Chicago has volunteered at Cal’s Angels this year. In partnering with Cal’s Angels, the team was able to make a difference under the mission of the TGB Foundation, an impact-driven nonprofit providing opportunity for kids to live their best lives.
