Optomi Partners with The TGB Foundation for 9th Annual Opt2give Day
We just made a hospitalized kid’s day… actually 1,500 kids!!!! We partnered with The TGB Foundation and through our fundraising effort in September we raised close to $25,000. With those funds, The TGB Foundation supplied entertainment bags for children in treatment from Dallas to D.C. and in all Optomi markets in between. The Optomi team packed and dropped off 1,500 bags during the annual Opt2give Day, the Founder’s Day of Optomi. It is a day that co-founder Todd Black inspired and so this day, more than any other, was extra special as the inaugural event of TGB Opt2give Day. Todd always preached that small things make the biggest impact, and there’s no doubt these bags will impact the lives of so many little patients.
We dropped off our TGBash bags to the following hospitals:
Children’s Hospital of Atlanta (CHOA) in Atlanta
Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte
Advocate Children’s Hospital in Chicago
Children’s Health in Dallas
C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital in Detroit
Children’s National Hospital in D.C.
Dana Farber/Boston Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center in Boston
Children’s Health Colorado in Denver
We were thrilled to sponsor this successful event as the TGB Foundation in partnership with Optomi and look forward to the next!
