Job Summary

The mission is to create accelerated value for customers and partners by delivering custom software using best XP engineering practices, lean product thinking, and user-centered design. The Sr. Lab Manager is an agent of change who takes ownership of his/her lab while evolving the operating model. A large focus of this role will be Product Management          

Job Description

  • Ensure that people in the lab are motivated, challenged, and provided with growth opportunities.
  • Foster an environment in which product teams are empowered to deliver business value quickly and iteratively.
  • Ensure that products are at the best state of readiness prior to kickoff, mitigating substantial risk for both business and delivery teams.
  • Measure and communicate lab KPIs.


Job Qualifications

  • A significant digital product management experience leading custom software teams
  • Prior PCF/AWS experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with TDD/BDD and CI/CD.
