Optomi was founded on November 5th, 2012 by Michael Winwood, Todd Black, Radka Winwood, and Christen Black.
When was Provalus founded?
Provalus was founded in 2017 and sits under OPS.
When was OPS founded?
OPS was founded in 2018 as the parent brand to Optomi and Provalus.
Is there room for growth at Optomi?
Yes! 16-23% of Optomi employees advance their careers annually.
How do I advance my career at Optomi?
Optomi has very clear expectations driven by a road map that helps our employees manage their time and skills to leverage the best possible results. Optomi has invested substantially in training and technology to ensure the success of our teams. Our leadership is in place to do whatever it takes to enable them. The activity metrics we measure are built on how the most accomplished employees in our industry have attained their goals in the last decade. We measure weekly gross profit with four levels: Bronze, Cobalt, Platinum, and Diamond.
How do I get involved in the culture at Optomi?
Almost 50% of Optomi employees are involved in one or more of our culture committees. Even if you’re not on a committee, you can enjoy fun, in-office events sponsored by the social committee!
