Optomi Atlanta Partners with The Sandwich Project

For their Q2 Giving Back Event, our Atlanta team partnered with The Sandwich Project to provide food for those in need across the Atlanta-metro area! Our team assembled and packed 200 sandwiches for food-insecure neighborhoods in the Atlanta-metro area.

The Sandwich Project (TSP) is on a mission to provide food for those in need…specifically sandwiches with high nutritional value. They believe in the power of community, the strength of kindness, and the fundamental right to receive nourishment. Sandwiches are prepared and dropped off at convenient locations for volunteers to distribute. Some non-profit groups accept sandwiches to deliver on TSP’s behalf. Almost a million sandwiches have been donated to those experiencing food-insecurity in Atlanta.

Back in 2012, Optomi co-founders created the Opt2give program to fight the hunger epidemic in America. With each consultant hired, Optomi provides a food-insecure child with a weekend bag of meals. We have fed over 45,000 kids to date.
