Optomi Chicago Partners with Junior Achievement for the 10th Annual Opt2give Day

Happy Opt2give Day from the Optomi Chicago team! They kicked off their volunteering with Junior Achievement of Chicago to work with elementary-aged children to inspire and prepare them for success in a global economy. They lead sessions that promote financial capability, work and career readiness, and business ownership.

Junior Achievement is the largest organization dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their futures, and make smart academic and economic choices. JA’s financial literacy lessons plant the seed very early on for young children to grow up with monetary awareness. JA reports that children who participate in their programs are more likely to have a college degree, feel confident managing money, have career success, and have started a business as an adult.

This Opt2give Day is an extra special one…it’s Optomi’s 10th birthday! We have been volunteering every year on our Founder’s Day to impact our local communities and give back to those in need.

Cheers to 10 x 10 more years of giving back!
