Optomi, in partnership with a top-tier enterprise organization, is looking to add a Jira Align Program Portfolio Analyst to their team.
This role sits at the intersection of portfolio strategy and Atlassian delivery, offering a unique opportunity to drive visibility and alignment across enterprise programs. In this role, you will:- Bridge the gap between vision and execution using Jira Align to track OKRs and ensure strategic alignment.
- Connect the dots across Jira Software, Advanced Roadmaps, and Confluence—linking epics, features, and workstreams to enterprise goals.
- Design smarter workflows that boost transparency, governance, and delivery efficiency across portfolios.
- Build executive dashboards that tell the story of progress, risk, and opportunity—backed by real-time data.
- Support enterprise-wide planning with roadmap tracking, milestone management, and audit-ready reporting.
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience with Jira Align and the broader Atlassian suite (Jira Software, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps)
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, program delivery, or enterprise PMO processes
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable portfolio insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
