Experience of the Right Candidate
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a data-related field.
- Expertise in SQL and proven ability to work with large, complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard creation; Power BI or similar tools also acceptable.

Strong Excel knowledge (sumifs, index-match, macros).

Experience summarizing complex data into executive-ready insights .

Marketing or media data background, with understanding of key metrics such as subscriber acquisition, churn, and LTV.

Ability to work autonomously and build dashboards/visualizations independently.

Experience with Amazon QuickSight (Amazon Q) and its AI capabilities.

Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.

Background in managing or analyzing large marketing budgets .

Exposure to streaming, digital marketing, or marketing mix modeling .
Responsibilities of the Right Candidate

Support the development of scalable analytics and automation solutions , helping the MPA team evolve toward more advanced, AI-enabled reporting.

Design and build dashboards, charts, and visualizations that communicate key marketing and subscriber trends to executives and channel teams.

Conduct deep dives into marketing channels, subscriber growth, churn, lifetime value, and spend allocation to flag risks and opportunities.

Partner with channel and planning teams to support major promotions and content launches.

Provide ad-hoc analysis to answer strategic questions and support decision-making across marketing, finance, and analytics.

Enhance reporting accessibility and usability, ensuring insights are timely and actionable for business stakeholders.
