Optomi, in partnership with a leader in telecommunications and public safety technology, is seeking a Sr. Oracle Business Systems Consultant to support strategic billing and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) initiatives within a global Oracle ERP environment. This consultant will play a hands-on, functional role focused on driving process improvements and system enhancements across Oracle EBS and Cloud tools, owning execution end-to-end.

Experience of the Right Candidate:

5–10+ years of functional experience in Oracle ERP (EBS R12.1.3 and Oracle Cloud).

Strong background in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) cycles.

Hands-on experience with:

Oracle EBS modules: Order Management, AR, Accounting.

Oracle Cloud tools: CPQ, Subscription Management, RMCS.

Experience supporting hardware, services, and subscription billing.

Proven ability to work independently — owns work from requirements to testing.

Confident communicator comfortable interfacing with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:

Lead billing-related initiatives across the Q2C lifecycle.

Conduct stakeholder interviews, root cause analysis, and solution design.

Write and manage functional specifications, configuration, and testing plans.

Partner across Order Management, Services, AR, and Accounting teams.

Operate autonomously post-onboarding to deliver impactful solutions.

Align initiatives with Oracle Cloud integration and migration strategy.
