The right person will:
- Design productized service offerings with clear tier definitions (e.g. Essentials, Standard, Premium)
- Create service catalog entries, solution templates, and pricing models aligned to delivery capacity and margin targets
- Lead the costing and pricing logic for managed services, ensuring it reflects value and is repeatable
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Delivery, and BU stakeholders to ensure offerings are viable and competitive
- Build rate cards and supporting artifacts (assumptions sheets, TCO models, scope maps)
- Contribute to the Go-to-Market strategy, ensuring offerings are easy to position and scale
- Support solution architects and sales teams with productized solutioning in active deals
- Capture feedback from the field and iterate service definitions as needed
The right person will have:
- Background in Service Architecture, Solution Consulting, or Managed Services Design
- Demonstrated experience creating tiered managed service offerings with defined scope and pricing
- Understanding of cost modeling, pricing logic, and margin analysis
- Strong grasp of IT Service Management, delivery operations, and managed service models
- Able to translate delivery complexity into commercial packaging
- Excellent collaboration skills — able to work across Finance, Sales, Product, and Delivery teams
- Able to articulate and document offerings clearly (catalogues, rate cards, sales guides)
- Experience with productized service design, especially in ITSM, PMO, OCM, or Cloud Ops
- Familiarity with commercial tooling (Service Path, Salesforce CPQ, Excel/Power BI models)
- Understanding of consumption-based or service-based pricing models
- Experience working in matrixed or global organizations
