Optomi, in partnership with our enterprise healthcare client is seeking a  Sr. Beacon Analyst  to join a close-knit and highly collaborative team supporting oncology workflows and protocol builds. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality patient care through accurate protocol development and integration with third-party treatment plan solutions. The team is looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven analyst who thrives in structured environments and is excited about the opportunity to convert to full-time after the initial contract period.

What you bring:
  • 3–5 years of Beacon experience, with a strong focus on protocol build.
  • Beacon certification required.
  • Additional certifications (Inpatient, Ambulatory, or Research) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with third-party treatment plan solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working in a Type A, process-driven environment with a focus on patient care.
  • Strong documentation skills to contribute to team process and build guides.
What you’ll do:
  • Lead and support Beacon protocol build efforts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with clinical workflows.
  • Collaborate with teammates to maintain and enhance oncology treatment plans, including third-party integrations.
  • Participate in ambulatory build activities, including departments, navigators, workflow engine rules, and in-baskets.
  • Contribute to team documentation and shared process build guides.
  • Champion patient-centered care through structured, compliant, and high-quality build work
