As a key member of a cross-functional product team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You’ll collaborate with end users and stakeholders, define the vision and roadmap, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with users and clients to understand needs and translate them into technical product requirements.
- Vision & Roadmap: Work with leadership to define the product vision and translate it into a clear, actionable roadmap.
- Backlog Management: Create and manage the product backlog; prioritize based on business value, technical complexity, and changing needs.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with architects to define and communicate architectural requirements.
- Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee all stages of product development — from initial design to development, testing, and release.
- Agile Delivery: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including Scrum meetings and product sprints.
- User Stories: Write detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Quality Focus: Own quality and testing outcomes for the team’s work, ensuring solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on progress, risks, and dependencies at each phase of product development.
- Communication: Serve as the liaison between the product team, stakeholders, and end users to deliver timely updates and drive alignment.
- 5–10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, or similar systems
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience working with solution or enterprise architects
- Strong understanding of system architecture and technical product development
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with test-driven development, QA processes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field) preferred
- Product Owner or Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO)
- Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments
- Experience managing cross-functional product teams
