Optomi, in partnership with a leader within the entertainment industry, is seeking a Travel Logistics Representative to join their Global Travel & Expense Technology team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the execution and maintenance of global travel systems, ensuring operational efficiency, policy compliance, and high-quality service across internal teams. We're looking for a customer-focused professional with hands-on experience in corporate travel systems who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
The right person will:

Support the daily operations of enterprise travel systems, focusing on system stability, error resolution, and policy alignment

Serve as the first line of response for system-related errors, escalations, and travel rule enforcement

Maintain a strong customer service mindset while interacting with stakeholders across the organization

Help execute configuration updates to travel tools in alignment with company policy and process changes

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for system efficiency and traveler experience
The right person will have:

3–5+ years of experience on a managed Global Travel Team or in a corporate travel agency environment

Proficiency with Concur and Sabre travel systems (or similar platforms)

Strong customer service and issue resolution skills in a corporate setting

Solid understanding of corporate travel processes, policies, and system integrations

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams
