Optomi, in partnership with a leading company in the entertainment industry, is seeking a Sr. Product Designer to support the growth and evolution of their design systems. In this role, you’ll collaborate across disciplines to build scalable, accessible, and intuitive components used across a suite of web and mobile applications.
You'll play a key role in shaping the future of how design is implemented and adopted at scale—working with product teams across native apps (iOS, Android), mobile web, desktop, and emerging tech platforms.

The right person will:
  • Partner with designers, engineers, content designers, and accessibility specialists to improve and expand design systems
  • Build scalable, accessible UI components in Figma and contribute to a consistent user experience across products
  • Own design explorations, run design problem-solving, and contribute to system governance
  • Advocate for best practices around accessibility, scalability, and performance
  • Stay current with design systems trends and push innovation across platforms

The right person will have:
  • 5+ years of experience as a product or UX designer
  • Strong expertise in Figma (component libraries, prototyping, variants, etc.)
  • Experience working within or building design systems
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for inclusive experiences
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments and navigating ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Advanced Figma capabilities (tokens, variables, plugins)
  • Experience with design systems governance and documentation
  • Understanding of front-end development to effectively partner with engineers
  • Familiarity with animation/motion design best practices
