What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end product design efforts—from discovery and research to high-fidelity design and front-end implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and measure impact.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.
- Translate business and user needs into elegant, functional design systems and components.
- Work on white-labeled and branded experiences, ensuring flexibility and consistency across implementations.
- Use analytics tools and behavioral data to iterate and optimize user flows.
- Contribute to and evolve our internal design system and front-end component libraries.
- Stay current with industry trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects.
- Proven ability to work across the full design stack: research, UX/UI design, and front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS or frameworks like React).
- Strong understanding of data-driven design—you know how to interpret analytics and user behavior to drive design decisions.
- Comfortable designing for white-labeled and multi-brand environments.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) and experience with prototyping and design systems.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and responsive design best practices.
