Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services organization, is looking for an Agile Delivery Leader (Scrum Master) to join their team in Charlotte, NC.

 

Position Summary:  The Agile Delivery Leader (Scrum Master) will be responsible for leading value-driven delivery across multiple Kanban teams in a 24/7 operational environment. This role involves supporting the call center's SRE and DevOps functions, including dashboards, observability, and middleware development. The position also includes managing new AI development initiatives and rewriting MVC servers to bridge AI and system integrations. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role requiring a strong project management background and the ability to adapt to chaotic environments.
