Optomi, in partnership with a leading logistics and freight organization, is looking for a Program/Project Manager to support AI initiatives.
 

Position Summary:  The Program/Project Manager will work closely with executives, steering committees, and vendors to track and report on multiple AI efforts, including internal development, vendor solutions, and purchased products. The role involves organizing and coordinating 6-10 initiatives across operations, back office, and customer-facing groups, ensuring alignment and clear communication. The candidate will assist in crafting RFPs, business cases, and other documentation, while providing insights to streamline efforts and achieve common goals. This individual will play a key role in presenting updates to executives and enabling teams to move forward effectively.
