Position Summary: The Business Analyst will play a critical role in assessing and prioritizing a diverse backlog of business requests, ranging from AI coding assistance to service desk ticket deflection. This position requires a creative problem solver who can evaluate ROI, collaborate with business partners, and deliver innovative solutions. The role involves working closely with a highly collaborative team to support enterprise-wide initiatives, including leveraging AI for quality assessments and operational improvements.
