About the OpportunityWe’re looking for a driven, technically savvy Business Development Manager to join our client's growing team! This is an individual contributor role focused on managing and expanding a book of business across the U.S. (and occasionally the U.K.).
You’ll work closely with both active clients and new accounts, helping them get the most out of our managed services and technology solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while developing new business opportunities.
- Partner with clients to understand their infrastructure, identify challenges, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create white papers, case studies, and technical presentations.
- Maintain a pulse on market trends and OEM partnerships (Fortinet, F5, Palo Alto, Cisco, etc.).
- Engage directly with clients — no heavy cold calling — and ensure exceptional service delivery.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) or technology sales.
- Working knowledge of networking and security concepts (firewalls, routers, switches).
- Familiarity with OEMs like Fortinet, F5, Palo Alto, and platforms such as Windows/Linux servers.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills — you can “speak tech” and build trust easily.
- A self-starter attitude with motivation to exceed goals and grow your income.

Base Salary: starting at $80k + Uncapped Commission + Accelerators + Bonus Opportunities
