Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization undergoing a comprehensive finance transformation initiative, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join their team.
Position Summary: This role is part of a five-year Finance 360 program aimed at transforming financial operations, insights, and employee experience. The Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in understanding current financial processes, mapping gaps, and creating roadmaps to achieve the desired future state. The position involves supporting process re-engineering, aligning systems with a two-tier financial platform strategy, and managing organizational change. The focus will be on standardizing and consolidating financial processes and systems across three main business units and multiple regions.
