Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit technical documentation, including policies, best practices, and roundtable decks.
- Develop ad-hoc decks and documentation for executive and business unit needs.
- Write descriptions and provide insights into cybersecurity metrics.
- Create engaging and informative decks for cybersecurity forums and roundtables.
- Assist in the production and distribution of information security newsletters.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive document tracking system.
- Manage and update SharePoint sites to ensure accurate and accessible documentation.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team members and stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Participate in meetings to capture key points and translate them into actionable documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Technical Writing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably within the cybersecurity domain.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in creating visually engaging and informative decks/presentations.
- Proficiency with document management systems and tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret cybersecurity metrics and translate them into meaningful insights is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
