Optomi, in partnership with a leading enterprise client, is looking for a Senior IRM Analyst with a focus on eDiscovery to join their growing Insider Risk Management team.
Position Summary: This role is pivotal in anchoring the eDiscovery and investigative protocol side of insider risk operations. The Senior IRM Analyst ensures that investigations are legally defensible, properly documented, and executed using appropriate processes and controls. The program is new and actively being built, with Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management as the primary tool, supplemented by Purview DLP, Defender, and Sentinel for deeper investigations. - 3–7 years in eDiscovery, digital forensics, IRM, or related disciplines.
- Experience with eDiscovery tools, legal holds, and evidence handling.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview IRM (preferred) or similar tools.
- Support eDiscovery and legal hold requests tied to insider risk cases.
- Conduct end-to-end investigations, including evidence collection, chain of custody, documentation, and case deposition.
- Monitor and investigate insider risk alerts in Purview IRM.
- Partner closely with Legal and HR on investigation workflows.
- Ensure privacy, compliance, and defensibility across investigations.
- Assist with Purview policy configuration as needed.
- Deliver clear written investigative summaries and findings.
