Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is looking for an IT Project Manager to join their team in a hybrid capacity (3 days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a background in managing medium-sized projects, particularly in compliance or cybersecurity.

Position Summary:  The IT Project Manager II will oversee multiple medium-sized projects and ad hoc requests with critical deadlines tied to regulatory commitments. This role requires coordinating teams across various business support groups, facilitating meetings to ensure alignment on requirements, and escalating issues when necessary. The candidate will document and monitor risks, maintain detailed project records, and act as a single point of contact for testing deliverables. The position offers an opportunity to work in a high-touch environment while leveraging structured project management methodologies.
