Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Item Lifecycle Contractor to join the Item Lifecycle Team. This position is responsible for implementing a consumer-centric focus through item lifecycle activities, ensuring the accurate setup and maintenance of item data. The ideal candidate will support item setup processes, collaborate with various teams to ensure data integrity, and problem-solve issues related to data flow. - Strong understanding of data entry and item lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including handling file imports
- Experience with PMDM and SEGA tools (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Set up new items in the PMDM tool, ensuring accurate information regarding pack sizes, costs, and images
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Replenishment teams to facilitate data entry for new products
- Maintain item attributes, including descriptions, shipping data, and store authorizations
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the item setup process
- Problem-solve any issues related to item setup and data flow
- Utilize the PMDM web tool for submissions and track items' flow to the SEGA mainframe tool
- Manage cost entries in SEGA, verifying correct flow and adjustments
- Handle data entry tasks, including working with Excel files when necessary
- Communicate effectively with category teams to ensure alignment and accurate information sharing
