Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization in the retail industry, is looking for a Media Manager to oversee all aspects of traditional and digital media investments. This role will play a key part in defining and executing paid media strategies across OTT, programmatic, display, radio, paid search, and paid social platforms, ensuring optimal performance and value from large-scale media budgets.

Position Summary:  The Media Manager will take ownership of paid media strategy and execution, working closely with agencies to manage bidding and activation. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, as well as the ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for efficiency and conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multimillion-dollar budgets, negotiating with agencies, and adapting to industry trends to drive business outcomes in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across OTT, programmatic, display, radio, paid search, and paid social platforms
  • Manage relationships with media agencies, including oversight of bidding and activation
  • Allocate, optimize, and pivot large media budgets to maximize efficiency and outcomes
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement test-and-learn strategies
  • Challenge agency recommendations to ensure optimal value and negotiate favorable rates
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging media opportunities to maintain a competitive edge
