Position Summary: The Principal Infrastructure Engineer will play a critical role in transitioning the organization away from an offshore MSP model while addressing a significant gap in infrastructure as code expertise. The team is focused on reducing ticket volumes from 800 per week to a manageable 200-300 tickets per week. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience, expertise in Terraform, and the ability to manage and configure systems effectively in a Windows environment.
