Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization in the financial industry, is looking for a Privacy Advisory & Operations Analyst.
Position Summary: The Privacy Advisory & Operations Analyst will be part of the Global Privacy Center of Excellence, focusing on enabling privacy across the First line of Defense. The role involves supporting the execution of privacy and data protection standards across various business units to manage privacy risks within processes, products, projects, third-party services, or other activities involving personal data processing. - Collaborating with Privacy Managers and Senior Managers to assess regulatory requirements.
- At least 1 year in project management or risk management.
- Experience supporting regulatory initiatives, preferably in privacy.
- An undergraduate degree.
- Support day-to-day organization, prioritization, and work allocation of privacy advisory consultation requests.
- Assist ETS partners in initiation and completion of Privacy Risk Assessment scoping and questionnaires.
- Collaborate with Privacy Managers and Senior Managers to incorporate regulatory requirements into risk assessments and controls.
