Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment and residential community business, is looking for a Product Manager.

Position Summary: The Product Manager will partner across business, technology, creative, legal, marketing, finance, operations, and external vendors to define product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, features, and priorities. They will also own day-to-day product activities including backlog management, QA/production validation, defect triage, launch coordination, stakeholder communication, and ongoing product support.

What the right candidate will enjoy:

  • Owning meaningful products supporting a newer and growing business
  • Working on consumer-facing experiences that connect technology, residential real estate, Sales & Marketing, and the guest experience
  • Working across both business and technical teams rather than functioning solely as a delivery/project manager
  • Evaluating and using emerging technologies, including AI
  • Operating in an entrepreneurial environment where products and processes are continuing to evolve

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

  • The strongest candidate will be a true Product Manager who has personally owned products from business need through delivery and ongoing optimization.
  • They should be comfortable defining strategy and roadmaps while also being hands-on with user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization, QA, launches, defects, and stakeholder communication.
  • Consumer-facing digital product experience is particularly relevant.
  • Experience with real estate/PropTech, marketplace or inventory platforms, Sales & Marketing technology, vendor/API integrations, analytics, and AI-enabled product workflows would make a candidate especially compelling.

What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:

  • Define and maintain product strategies and roadmaps
  • Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, project briefs, strategy decks, and go-to-market plans
  • Manage and prioritize the Jira product backlog
  • Serve as the day-to-day Product Management POC
  • Partner with business, technology, creative, marketing, legal, finance, operations, and vendor teams
