Optomi, in partnership with leading entertainment company, is looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager to support middleware services that connect guest-facing platforms with back-end systems.
Position Summary: This role is ideal for a product-minded professional who thrives in a scaling Agile environment and has experience managing middleware services. You will work closely with a highly technical team to deliver services that enable cruise reservations, guest self-service features, online check-in, and call center functionality. This position involves managing sustainment efforts, backlog enhancements, and larger initiatives while driving clarity and accountability across teams. What the right candidate will enjoy:

- Collaborative work with cross-functional stakeholders, including Contact Center, Business Systems, Finance, and Digital teams.
- 5+ years of Product Owner / Product Manager experience in enterprise or multi-matrix environments.
- Proven expertise in middleware services, order fulfillment, or sales/fulfillment exchange workflows.
- Strong background in backlog management, roadmap planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in Agile/Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments, supporting teams through growth and transition.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to over-communicate details clearly.
- Own and prioritize the middleware services backlog supporting reservation systems, online check-in, and guest self-service features.
- Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver value.
- Drive roadmap alignment and backlog organization across sustainment and new initiatives.
- Collaborate with the BA to ensure product stories and requirements are clear.
- Act as a confident voice for the product team, clarifying ownership and ensuring accountability.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, and roadmap planning.
- Provide transparency through reporting and dashboards (Jira Advanced Roadmaps experience preferred).
