Optomi, in partnership with a leading media and technology organization, is looking for a Technical Program Manager P3 to join their team in Bristol, CT.
Position Summary: The Technical Program Manager P3 will be responsible for driving the execution and delivery of multiple technical product or software development projects, with a focus on video, streaming, media, and connected TV applications. The role involves managing Agile/Scrum processes, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and QA teams, and providing transparent reporting to leadership. This position is part of the Global Program Management team, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring successful delivery of programs. What the right candidate will enjoy:

- Sports/media background preferred.
- CSM/CSP Certification is a plus.
- Technical proficiency in coding, quality assurance, or technical writing.
- Drive execution and delivery of technical projects from start to finish.
- Manage team dynamics, morale, and motivation while building a culture of respect.
- Identify project risks and communicate prioritized mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans with complex activities and dependencies.
- Communicate status, updates, and project summaries to leadership.
- Lead effective meetings, document decisions, and follow up promptly.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to understand strategic roadmaps.
- Constantly evaluate processes and seek ways to improve at every iteration.
- Negotiate competing requirements and stakeholder preferences to identify solution paths.
