Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization in membership services, is looking for a Technical Program Workstream Lead to join their team.
Position Summary: The Membership Modernization Program is transforming the membership platform by consolidating three legacy systems into a single Salesforce-based solution. As the Technical Program Workstream Lead, you will coordinate and drive delivery across multiple technology and business workstreams impacted by this transformation. You will work closely with the Salesforce Platform Project Manager, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to provide end-to-end oversight of cross-functional workstreams, manage dependencies, risks, and delivery plans, and ensure alignment to program objectives and timelines.

- Strong expertise in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, and project management.
- Technical knowledge in Salesforce Platform, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Apigee, Data Integration and ETL Technologies, Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Conversions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:
- Own delivery readiness across assigned workstreams and proactively identify risks to program milestones.
- Establish and maintain integrated project plans that align work across business and technology teams.
- Drive accountability for commitments, deliverables, and milestone achievement.
- Serve as Scrum Master for the Batch Data Flows / ETLs and Data Conversion workstreams, facilitating Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog readiness, and removal of delivery impediments.
- Coordinate release readiness, cut-over activities, and production deployment activities across assigned workstreams.
