Optomi, in partnership with a leading utility company, is looking for an SAP ISU Billing Business Analyst to support functional aspects of SAP systems related to business processes and development.
Position Summary: The SAP ISU Billing Business Analyst will provide planning, configuration, testing, and end-user support for SAP applications, with a focus on ISU Billing and invoicing. This role involves implementing rate changes, collaborating with regulatory teams, and ensuring compliance with change management processes. The analyst will work closely with business partners, developers, and IT staff to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include generating sample bills, validating rate calculations, and maintaining price changes in SAP to accommodate new gas charge price keys. What the right candidate will enjoy:

- Generate sample bills, validate rate calculations, and create rate change validation documentation
- Support and troubleshoot SAP core batch processes and job failures
- Conduct system testing of enhancements, patches, and configuration changes
- Mentor other analysts and provide leadership in SAP implementation projects
- Ensure compliance with SOX business controls and General Computing Controls related to SAP modules
