Optomi, in partnership with a healthcare consulting industry leader, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Nashville, TN client.

Successful candidates responsibilities include overall responsibility for assigned programs and projects for client organizations for an enterprise wide Clinical Implementation for a Long Term Care Company. Will be responsible for building/managing project deliverables, managing project risks and issues, developing and managing project schedules, and status reporting to all levels of an organization. Duties to include managing vendor solutions, third party development resources, and project resources.

• Must have 5-10+ years experience as a senior level Healthcare Project Manager
• Must have had experience leading an enterprise wide clinical implementation
• Preferred experience would include clinical implementations for long term care
• Clinical documentation is a critical aspect to this role
• PMP is a plus, not a requirement
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
• Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Progressive demonstration of growth in responsibilities and roles
• Other demonstrated healthcare experience might include leading projects in the Revenue Cycle, Health Information Management (HIM), Case Management, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Payer Contract Management fields
• High energy and willingness to travel extensively
• Must have experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, and Word
