Optomi, in partnership with a leading provider in the Retail industry is seeking a Sr. RSA Archer Admin to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Archer GRC platform. This role partners with Cyber Security teams. Risk, Compliance, Cyber Defense to enable governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and control monitoring capabilities across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities: Platform Administration
- Administer and maintain the RSA Archer platform (SaaS).
- Configure applications, questionnaires, data feeds, access controls, dashboards, and workflows.
- Perform platform upgrades, patches, and release management.
Application Development & Configuration Design and configure solutions for:
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- IT Risk Management
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Policy Management
- Regulatory & Compliance Management
- Issue Management
- Develop calculated fields, advanced workflows, and custom dashboards.
- Integrate Archer with external systems (ServiceNow, IAM).
Data & Reporting
- Build and maintain reports, metrics, and executive dashboards.
- Ensure data quality, normalization, and integrity.
- Support automated data imports (APIs, data feeds, integrations).
Governance & Process Enablement
- Translate regulatory and business requirements into Archer workflows.
- Update documentation of configurations and change controls.
Operational Support
- Troubleshoot platform issues and performance concerns.
- Update runbooks and configuration standards.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years administering RSA Archer or similar GRC platforms.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles.
- Experience with workflow configuration and data feed management.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards.
- SQL experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred Certifications - (RSA Archer Certified Administrator, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar), ITIL Foundation
