Optomi, in partnership with a leading telecommunications company, is looking for a Visual Designer with strong iOS Native experience to join a brand-new project team focused on automating technician-to-customer communication.

 

Position Summary:  This role involves designing a mobile application that automates communication between technicians and customers, including real-time updates on installation progress, WiFi coverage assessments, and troubleshooting demos. The project is a significant revenue opportunity, aiming to streamline installation processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Strong iOS Native development experience.

  • Experience in wireframing and transitioning designs to native applications.
  • Familiarity with content strategy, information architecture, and usability research is a plus.
What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:
  • Participate in design workshops to create mockups and prototypes for the mobile app.
  • Develop wireframes and transition designs to native iOS components.
  • Collaborate with technicians and product marketing to align designs with business requirements.
  • Ensure seamless design handoffs to the development team.
  • Test designs for usability and functionality before release.
  • Contribute to the creation of a new design system
