This role is designated as remote however will require applicants to be based in Dallas, TX OR Atlanta, GA to collaborate at their office as needed.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Conduct user research to improve digital products and services
- Develop research plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to drive insights
- Partner with product and marketing teams to align research with business goals
- Advocate for user needs and influence design and development decisions
- 5-8 years of UX research experience in digital products or service-based industries
- Expertise in user research methodologies and data-driven decision-making
- Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Experience with mobile applications and automated customer interaction tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interactive Media, Psychology, Sociology, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
