Optomi, in partnership with a leading telecommunications initiative, is looking for a UX Researcher to join a brand new project team focused on enhancing communication between technicians and customers through an automated mobile app.
Position Summary: This initiative aims to streamline the installation process and improve wifi coverage assessment. The UX Researcher will collaborate with technicians and product marketing to develop research plans and ensure seamless customer interactions. What the right candidate will enjoy:
- Working remotely with occasional onsite visits in Dallas
- Being part of a dynamic team with direct involvement in a high-impact project
- Proficiency in Figma and FigJam for documentation
- Experience with Microsoft Forms for surveys
- Background in telecommunications or field experience
- Content strategy knowledge is advantageous
- Develop research plans in collaboration with technicians and product marketing
- Facilitate effective communication between technicians and customers
- Conduct interviews and gather insights to formulate strategic plans
