Providing Local, On-Site Resources to Fuel Your Platform and Project Initiatives
July 3, 2024

CHALLENGE

A mobility, Big Data, and Cloud Intelligence company struggled with finding local, on-site resources to deliver cutting-edge connected products. The client required skilled software engineers and product delivery resources with experience in mature agile/Scrum methodology within a production environment to transform the automotive industry.

SOLUTION

After exhausting their resources, the client knew they needed to pivot their approach to find the right resources for the job. Aware that deadlines were closing in quickly, they decided to partner with Optomi to source local, high-performing candidates to lead their teams.

THE OPTOMI DIFFERENCE

Our dedicated recruiting team is deeply attuned to the client’s environment and objectives. With an extensive network of top-tier talent in DFW, they excel at identifying and securing the ideal additions to your team. Due to the nature of the work being very modern and cutting-edge, many candidates in the market did not have experience working in this type of environment.

To meet the client’s needs, we:

  • Staffed a dedicated delivery team to focus solely on building resource pipelines.
  • Appointed an Executive Sponsor of Delivery to guarantee quality control for the client is a top priority at Optomi.
  • Have been intimately involved in product road-mapping strategy sessions resulting in a strong understanding of the overall environment and challenges, enabling us to assess resources to ensure they possess the right skills and capabilities for the job.

RESULTS

With the help of Optomi, the client was empowered to meet deliverables across multiple product lines.

Since the beginning of our collaboration, multiple Optomi resources have been converted to full-time team members and are now in positions of leadership. We are working with the client to achieve their goal of cutting costs by 25%, meaning they see higher functionality at a lesser spend.
