Tyler Snellings to Succeed Founder Radka Winwood as President of Optomi
September 24, 2025

Optomi Professional Services (OPS), a 100% U.S.-based IT solutions and staff augmentation provider, today announced that Tyler Snellings will be named President of Optomi, the organization’s IT Staffing division. Effective October 1, 2025, he will succeed OPS co-founder and current Optomi President Radka Winwood, who plans to retire.

Tyler has been with Optomi for four years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, where he played a key role in expanding client partnerships and scaling delivery teams. He brings to his new role over 20 years of industry experience. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he has been instrumental in mentoring future leaders, aligning teams with Optomi’s mission, and driving initiatives that helped the organization achieve multiple years of double-digit growth. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in IT staffing and consulting, giving him a deep perspective on how to pair top technology talent with meaningful opportunities.

In his new role as President, Tyler will be dedicated to nurturing company culture, building meaningful career paths, and uniting the team for sustained, shared growth.

“This company is about so much more than business; it’s about people, purpose, and opportunity. During my four years here, and across two decades in this industry, I’ve seen the transformative impact Optomi has,” he said. “As President, I will honor the legacy Radka and our founders established by continuing to invest in our people, cultivating future leaders, and ensuring every decision reflects our mission to drive positive change while delivering exceptional value for our clients.”

“Tyler’s passion for our industry, our people, and our clients is evident in everything he does,” said Winwood. “Having grown up in the staffing world, he leads from the front and brings a wealth of experience that inspires those around him. I’m confident that under his leadership, Optomi will continue to thrive, build strong partnerships, and create meaningful opportunities for our team.”

“Tyler’s promotion represents an exciting new chapter for Optomi,” added Optomi CEO Chuck Ruggiero. “He came to us with deep industry experience, and throughout his time here, he has continued to grow as a leader, taking on new challenges and delivering strong results. We are grateful for Radka’s leadership and the foundation she established. I am confident Tyler will build on her work, continuing to support our teams, enhance our culture, and drive meaningful results for our clients and partners.”
