Optomi's Charlotte Team Volunteered with Beds for Kids

The Optomi Charlotte team had an amazing day yesterday volunteering at a Beds for Kids event!! We were able to partner with Beds for Kids, a local organization that provides beds and furniture for families transitioning into new housing. We spent the day organizing their warehouse, refurbishing old furniture, delivering furniture, assembling beds, and praying with families in need. In 1 day we were able to deliver 5 truckloads of furniture to 5 families all over Charlotte. Over 15 people who did not have a bed to sleep in Monday night were able to crawl into a brand new bed last night. This was such an amazing day and made such a huge impact on not only the people we were serving but on our Optomi family as well!
