Each year, the elite among us celebrate their success on our annual Platinum Club trip. Among our top producers are a handful of exceptional individuals who went above and beyond, earning special recognitions.
This year’s Culture Award recipient is Courtney Villanueva! Courtney has shown extraordinary dedication to ensuring Optomi’s culture continues to thrive. She went from being a mere culture committee participant to creating and leading our Champion Committee, devoted to making all new hires and Acadomi members feel welcomed and at home in their new markets. She has become a true culture champion and an irreplaceable addition to Optomi.
This year’s Ring of Honor Award recipient is Paul Brown! Hard work doesn’t begin to describe what Paul does on a daily basis. Not only does he embody so much of what we value here at Optomi, but he has shown nothing shy of dedication and grit every single day. Aside from putting the company above himself, Paul is truly a mentor and seeks out ways to help others. He is definitely a “yes man” and everyone who encounters him walks away with a smile.
This year’s Shared Services Excellence Award recipient is Meagan Franklin! Members of our back office team don’t often find themselves in the limelight, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t deserving. Our Shared Services team is the backbone of everything Optomi does and the company would not be able to function properly without their hard work and passion. Meagan truly helps make everything tick every single day. Her sense of urgency is incredible and she always does everything in the most positive way.
This year’s Rookie of the Year Award recipient is Brittany Fetzner! Brittany found herself at Optomi by referral and right off the bat, it was clear she would be a trail blazer in this industry. She has #dedicated relentless hours in and out of the office, building her incredible book of business. Through highs and lows, she has fought tooth and nail to reach her goals and bounce back to achieve success. Brittany has set herself apart by showing outstanding tenacity, performance, and intense perseverance.
